"I was SO relieved they fit perfectly"
I ordered these using my own measurements i was ridiculously nervous I’d messed something up. But when the shutters arrived, they fit like an absolute dream. No trimming, no awkward adjusting, everything lined up perfectly. I was practically celebrating in the room once they were up. Couldn’t be happier!

"Easy ordering, even though I was torn"
I’ll be honest, I usually stick with a different company for this kind of thing, so I was a little hesitant to try The Shutter Store. But the ordering process was really straightforward. The steps were clear, the measuring guide helped a lot, and I didn’t spend ages figuring out what I needed. Checkout was quick too. Still feels a bit weird not using my usual brand, but I’m genuinely happy with how easy the whole process was.

"The samples showed up in good shape..."
The samples showed up in good shape and looked about like I expected. I think I ordered them sometime around the end of last month, or maybe a little before that, but they definitely took longer to arrive than I thought they would. I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to move forward, but the samples themselves were okay.

"Great material and finish options"
I was really happy with how many material and finish options they had. It made it a lot easier to match the shutters to our room, especially with the painted finishes. The samples were definitely helpful too, because the colors looked a bit different online than they did in person. Has anyone else noticed that? Ordering was straightforward, and the final look turned out really nice. I’d use them again.

The instructions on theshutterstore.com were clear overall. The measuring guide helped me feel like I was going in the right direction, and I’d say the steps were simple enough to follow without too much trouble.
The only thing is there’s probably a bit more to read at the beginning than I expected, so I went back and checked a couple of things again just to be safe. Still, I got my order done fine in the end.

"Really happy with how they look"
We ordered shutters for the front room they look so clean and tidy. They fit the windows better than I thought they would, and the colour is pretty much spot on. The whole room just feels more finished now, like compared to how it was before... yeah, such a difference. Really pleased with them.

"Helpful delivery updates when I was in a rush"

The shutters do look good. I’ll give them that. Once they were fitted, the room definitely looked better. Fitting was fine too, no major issues. But yeah... I kept thinking about the price. I’m not completely sure it feels worth what I paid, especially because I’d seen a few other options for less. The quality seems solid so far, so maybe they’ll prove themselves over time. Delivery was also a bit slower than I expected, which was a little annoying. Not a disaster or anything. Just one of those things. Overall, they’re decent shutters. I’m happy enough with how they look. Just not blown away on value for money
